1. How long does shipping take?

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

5. Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
It depends on the material and finish:

  • Ceramic/porcelain/stoneware: Generally microwave/dishwasher safe, but hand washing recommended for metallic trim or hand-painted details.

  • Glass: Generally microwave/dishwasher safe, but avoid thermal shock.

  • Stainless steel: Not microwave safe; dishwasher safe for some (check label).

  • Cast iron: Not microwave safe; hand wash only.

6. Do your teapots come with infusers?
Many do! If a teapot includes a stainless steel infuser, it's highlighted in the description. If not, it's noted as "requires separate infuser."

8. How do I care for my drinkware?
